Who thinks that this character is getting old and boring now. I have no problems with Jay Lethal but I think this character has gone on way too long. Jay Lethal has awesome abilities in the ring but honestly I wish they would drop the Macho Man thing. What is everyone else's thoughts on this?

I really wish they'd let him get out of that gimmick. Ever time that they tease him leaving the Macho Man gimmick, the fans seem to really respond well.

I've been reading online that every time this "Wedding" storyline with So Cal Val is shown on TNA, they lose tons of viewers.
TNA needs to drop a lot of their storylines and just get back to real wrestling. I looked up one of spoilers and they had 6 matches with only 1 going over 10 minutes. Most of the others were 5 minutes long or less. Maybe 1/3 of the entire show was wrestling, with the rest just stupid antics in the ring, backstage, or elsewhere.
Funny how people thought TNA going Primetime would help. Funny how people thought TNA going to 2 hours would help. In reality, they haven't gotten a real growth in viewership since they first got onto Spike TV even though they got a handful of big stars from WWE and their quality of product has gone downhill severely since then.

I'm getting sick of the antics. I didn't care for it back when Macho Man Randy Savage did it...I'm even less enthused about seeing all the boring crap again.
Put him in the ring and Jay Lethal is awesome. That's either doing the black machismo bit or being himself. I'd very much like to see a little wrestling. It's like they're trying to be WWE jr.
I've taken to either acquiring DVD's from some of the midwest promotions or going to what shows I can make it to.

I'm looking more into DVDs, too. I need to pick up some SCW DVDs badly.

I wish TNA would go back to their old ways when they first started, more wrestling and less soap opera crap. I was really starting to like TNA because of that but now I don't watch it at all anymore. Well and considering I don't have cable anymore but even if I did I still wouldn't watch it. Oh well what do us fans of wrestling know...haha

That's TNA's problem...they forgot what brung'em to the dance. I stopped watching WWE because in 1 hour of TNA i got more wrestling than in 2 hours of Raw. Now that they have 2 hours they didn't increase the wrestling, just the soap opera. I have taken to watching old AWA shows on ESPN Classic.
